When planning your stay at Rampart Range Resort, be sure to review our policies. Our luxury pet-friendly lodging in Woodland Park, Colorado has been designed to delight and pamper our guests, and our policies have been put in place to ensure that every guest (two-legged and four-legged!) has an exceptional visit.
Check-in: Check-in time is between 4:00-6:00PM. If you arrive early, you will find ample parking and we invite you to walk around our pasture or stroll down to our beautiful arroyo. Give a call and if your room is ready earlier, we will be happy to have you. Upon arrival your hosts will provide a “socially distanced” tour of your suite and surroundings. If you will be arriving after 6:00PM, we have an easy late night check in.
Check-out: Check-out is 11:00AM. We thank you for staying with us!
Children: Children 12 years and older are welcome. $25.00/child above double occupancy.
Pets: Well behaved dogs are welcome and must be leashed at all times. We can only host up to three additional dogs per day and your dog may not be left in the guest suite unattended. We charge $25.00/day per dog plus a $100.00 refundable damage deposit. Please provide a record of current vaccinations and agree to hold Rampart Range Resort harmless from injury by and to your dog. The Mt. Manitou Suite is our exclusively pet-free suite.
Smoking: Absolutely No Smoking inside, however a designated smoking area is available and is the only location on our property where smoking, including e-cigarettes, is permitted in order to protect our nearby National Forest from fires. Guests who choose to violate the smoking policy will be charged a $500.00 fee.
Recreational Marijuana: Recreational Marijuana consumption of any type is not allowed on the inn’s premises. While the sale of Recreational Marijuana is legal in Colorado, permissible locations for the consumption of that Marijuana is highly regulated and restricted.
Quiet Hours: Please preserve a relaxing environment for our guests and neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10:00PM-7:00AM.
Damage to property: Any guest causing damage to the property will be responsible for its repair or replacement; this includes both missing and damaged items.
Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds: A 50% advanced payment is taken upon reservation. Single-night stays require full rate plus tax at the time of reservation. We are temporarily adjusting our normal cancellation policy to allow for maximum flexibility to help you make the right decisions regarding travel at this time. Please allow 72 hours for full refund on cancellations or changes with a $35.00 fee. If you have a short-notice cancellation, always contact us so we can understand your situation.
